Report content
Use this page to tell us about something on Compass HQ Labs that shouldn't be here: an intimate picture or video of
someone shared without their consent (real or AI-made), anything that sexualizes or endangers a child, a copy of your
copyrighted work, harassment or impersonation, or anything else that breaks our Terms of Service.
You don't need an account. If someone is in immediate danger, call 911 first.
How we handle each kind of report is explained below the form.
How we handle reports
A person reads every report. Depending on what we find, we may remove the content, keep a private copy where the
law requires it, and suspend or close the account that shared it. We may contact you at the email you give us.
- Intimate pictures or videos shared without consent (real or AI-made). The person shown, or someone
authorized to act for them, can ask us to remove it. Tell us where it is, sign the request, and confirm it was shared
without consent. We remove it within 48 hours of receiving a complete request, and we also look for
copies of it on our site.
- Child safety. We remove it right away, keep a secure copy as the law requires, and report it to
the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC). You can leave your email out. You can also report it
to NCMEC yourself at report.cybertip.org or 1-800-843-5678.
- Copyright (DMCA notices). Send a notice with this form, or email it to support@compasshqlabs.com. A notice
must include your signature, a description of the copyrighted work, where the copied material is on our site, your
address, phone number and email, a statement of good-faith belief that the use isn't authorized, and a statement,
under penalty of perjury, that the notice is accurate and you're authorized to act for the copyright owner.
If your content was removed because of a copyright notice and you believe that was a mistake, email support@compasshqlabs.com
with a counter-notice. Knowingly false claims in a notice or counter-notice can make the sender liable for damages.
Accounts that repeatedly share other people's copyrighted work may be closed.
- Harassment, impersonation and everything else. We review it against our
Terms of Service and act on what breaks them.
