1. What we collect

We collect only what we need to run Compass HQ Labs. We don't sell your personal information.

Cookies	One login cookie	To keep you signed in. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies right now

2. Who we share it with

We share information only with the companies that help run the site, and only what each one needs.

Your finished files are stored at private web links. Anyone who has the exact link to a video can watch it, so only share links with people you want to see it. The links are long and random, so they can't be guessed.

We may also share information if the law requires it, to protect people from harm, or to report content that sexualizes minors to the authorities.

3. How long we keep it

We keep your account, library and credit history while your account is open. Billing and credit records may be kept longer where tax or accounting rules require it. Safety records about blocked or reported content are kept as long as needed to enforce the Terms.

4. Your choices

• See or download your data. Your library and credit history are on your account pages. Email us for a copy of anything else.
• Delete your account. Email [support email] and we'll delete your account and creations, except records we must keep by law.
• Emails. We send account emails you need, like receipts and security notices. Any marketing emails will be opt-in, with an unsubscribe link in every one.

5. Children

Compass HQ Labs is for people 18 and older. We don't knowingly collect information from anyone younger. If you believe a minor has an account, tell us and we'll close it.

6. Security

Passwords are stored scrambled, the site uses HTTPS, and payments go through Stripe. No system is perfect, so use a strong password you don't use anywhere else.

7. Changes and contact

If we change this policy in a meaningful way, we'll let you know on the site or by email before it takes effect.
